The Agreement Shall Include Both Rehabilitation Of Existing Buildings And Smaller New Buildings, And Cover The Clients Ongoing Needs. For Major Conversions And New Buildings, Separate Tenders Will Be Conducted Via Mercell. Procurements With A Value Of Over Nok 500,000 Ex Vat Can Be Carried Out Outside The Framework Agreement The Estimated Contract Value Is Nok 4,000,000 E.G. Vat Per Year, With An Upper Limit Of Nok 5,000,000 Ex. Vat Per Year, Depending On The Municipalitys Allocations. The Client Is Not Obliged To Purchase Services For This Entire Sum. A Detailed Description Of The Delivery Can Be Found In 02 (Requirement Specification). The Contract Period Is 2 Years, With An Option To Extend For A Further 1 + 1 Year, So That The Total Duration Can Be Up To Four Years. The Option Is Triggered Automatically, Unless The Client Gives Written Notice At Least Two Months Before The Option Period Starts.
