Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – City Of Schleswig, Expansion Of Flensburger Straße - Property Planning, Engineering Structures And Traffic System Planning. The Construction Project “Expansion Of Flensburger Straße” Includes The New Construction Of Flensburger Straße In The City Of Schleswig. The Entire Expansion Area Has A Length Of Approx. 2.70 Km And Will Be Built In Several Construction Phases (Planned Ba 1-4, See Attachment Folder 00). Further Planning Of The Construction Phases With The Planned Expansion Areas Is Carried Out In Close Coordination Between The City Of Schleswig, Schleswiger Stadtwerke Wastewater Disposal And Schleswiger Stadtwerke Gmbh. As Part Of The Expansion Of Flensburger Straße (See Folder 01 For Road Construction Plans), The Municipal Company Schleswiger Stadtwerke Wastewater Disposal And Schleswiger Stadtwerke Gmbh Will Comprehensively Renovate Their Supply And Disposal Pipes On Flensburger Straße. A Large Number Of Existing Lines Currently Ensure The Supply And Disposal Of Flensburger Straße. The Implementation Of The Expansion Measure Will, Among Other Things, Be Used To Reorganize The Supply And Disposal And To Replace The Majority Of The Lines. The Sewage Disposal Channels Will Also Be Lined In Some Areas. The Existing Inventory Of Installed Lines And Ducts Can Be Found In The Attached Documents (See Attachment Folders 02 To 09). In Addition, In Some Sections, Areas In Adjacent Streets Are Being Expanded And Network Connections (E.G. To Nearby Transformer Stations) Are Being Planned. In Addition To Expanding The Road, The Construction Of A New Retaining Wall From Km 0+265 To 0+475 Is Also Planned. The Planning Services For The Retaining Wall (Engineering Structures And Structural Planning) Were Tendered And Awarded Separately And Are Not Part Of This Tender. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Planning (Lp 1-5) For The Traffic Systems And Engineering Structures (Canal Construction) Was Carried Out By An External Engineering Office; These Planning Services Are About To Be Completed. The Planning (Lp 1-5) For The Supply Was Carried Out By Schleswiger Stadtwerke Gmbh. It Is Planned To Commission Lph 6-9 For Each Construction Phase In Accordance With §§ 43, 47 Hoai. The Contractor Is Required To Make Suggestions That Lead To Simplification And Improvement And/Or Cost Reduction. The Preliminary Cost Estimates Amount To A Total Of €11,560,000.00 Net For The Engineering Structures And €10,440,881.25 Net For The Traffic Facilities. (As Of: 01/2026).
