Software Package And Information Systems – Space Reservation System. The City Of Kotka (Procurement Unit, Customer) Is Requesting Bids For The Delivery Of The Space Reservation System As A Saas Service (Software As A Service) In Accordance With The Request For Bids And Its Appendices. The Starting Point Of The Procurement Is The System Unit To Be Delivered As A User Service, Mainly In Production Use. The Acquisition Consists Of Two Phases, The Implementation Project And The Production Use Of The Saas Service Of The System. The Transition From The Commissioning Project To Production Use Takes Place After The Customer Has Approved The Commissioning Project In Writing. The Procurement Contract Is Concluded With One Bidder (Supplier). The Fixed-Term Contract Period Lasts Four (4) Years, After Which The Contract Continues Indefinitely With A Mutual Notice Period Of Six (6) Months, Unless The Customer Terminates The Contract To End At The End Of The Fixed-Term Contract Period. Partial Offers Or Alternative Offers Are Not Allowed.
