Quantitative Data: • Complete Renovation Of A Listed Building, Which Includes Mechanical, Building Electrical (High And Low Current) And Architectural Works, On A Minimum Net Floor Area Of 300 M2 • Subsequent Waterproofing Of A Listed Building On A Total Of At Least 250 M2 Net Brief Professional Description: Under A Business Contract, Listed High-Rise Construction Projects In The Public Administration Area Of Debrecen Implementation. The Purpose Of The Purchase Is The Renovation Of Buildings And Structures Owned By The Municipality Of Debrecen County. The Task Of The Winning Bidder Is To Carry Out The Necessary Renovation Works Of The Designated Properties Owned By The Debrecen County Municipality Based On Site Visits And Technical Content And/Or Plans Agreed On Site. The Total Amount Is Huf 330,000,000 Net. The Business Contract Is A Unit Price. The Tenderer Undertakes To Use Up To 70% Of The Total Amount During The Duration Of The Contract.
