The Future Agreement Is Entered Into On The Basis Of The Draft Framework Agreement Which Can Be Found In The Overall Tender Documents. After This, The Ordering Party Can Extend The Agreement On Unchanged Terms In Accordance With The Main Agreement For 3 * 12 Months, Which Is Why The Agreement Ends On 30 April 2030 At The Latest. The Expected Annual Revenue From The Agreement Amounts To: Dkk 750,000.00 Excl. Vat The Total Estimated Turnover Of The Framework Agreement For The Entire Agreement Period Is Dkk 3,000,000.00 Excl. Vat The Clients Maximum Turnover On The Framework Agreement Is Dkk 4,000,000 Excl. Vat. Tenders Are Evaluated On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Tender, On The Basis Of The Award Criterion Price, Cf. § 162 Of The Public Procurement Act, Subsection 1, No. 1.
