The Contracting Authority, Through Public Procurement, Aims To Award The Works Contract, In Correlation With The Specific Objectives Of The Project Called Energy Efficiency Of Residential Buildings In The Municipality Of Hunedoara- Bl. A1, Str. Muresului, No. 2A And Refer To Specific Efficiency Works, Respectively: A. Measures To Increase The Energy Efficiency Of Buildings: 1) Thermal Rehabilitation Works Of The Building Envelope Elements 2) The Implementation Of Intervention Works For The Purpose Of Natural Ventilation Of The Occupied Spaces. 3) The Replacement Of Fluorescent And Incandescent Lighting Fixtures In The Common Spaces Of Storm Water From The Terrace, Respectively, Of The Storm Water Collection And Drainage System; - Dismantling Of The Installations And Equipment Apparently Installed On The Facades Of The Buildings; - Replacing The Sewage System, In Order To Eliminate The Infiltrations Of The Buildings Infrastructure In The Common Spaces Of The Block; The Replacement Of The Existing Elevators That Do Not Satisfy The Level Of Wear And Tear Of The Buildings; - The Works Related To The Compliance With The Dnsh Principle And The Climate Immunization, As Described In The Tender Documentation.
