Diesel Fuel (En 590) – Cashless Purchase Of Diesel Oil Using Electronic Fleet Cards At Gas Stations In The City Of Środa Wielkopolska. 2.1. Name Of The Order: Purchase Of Diesel Oil In A Cashless System Using Electronic Fleet Cards At Gas Stations In The City Of Środa Wielkopolska. 2.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Diesel Oil In A Cashless System Using Electronic Fleet Cards, At Gas Stations In The City Of Środa Wielkopolska, Belonging To The Contractors Station Network Or From Gas Station Operators With Whom The Contractor Has Signed Appropriate Contracts, In A Total Amount Of 340,000.00 Liters (340 M3). The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Increasing The Above-Mentioned. Quantity Of Liters - Purchase Possible Under The Option Right Of 102,000 L. Total Quantity Taking Into Account The Option Right Is 442,000 L (442 M3). 2.3. The Ordering Party Allows For An Increase In The Basic Volume At The Prices In The Contractors Offer, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Contract (Including Changes). The Option Right Should Be Understood As An Entitlement, Not An Obligation, Of The Ordering Party. The Exercise Of The Option Right May, But Does Not Have To, Take Place, Depending On The Customers Needs And As A Result Of His Instructions In This Regard. In The Event Of Increased Needs Of The Ordering Party For Diesel Oil, He May Exercise His Right Of Option By Submitting An Appropriate Declaration Of Will To The Contractor In This Regard. Tentative Schedule For The Use Of These Options In Months: 12 (From The Award Of The Contract). The Contract May Be Extended Until The Full Quantity Of Diesel Fuel Is Purchased, Including If The Ordering Party Applies Art. 455 Section 2 Upzp. 2.4. In Connection With The Operation Of Networks Providing Public Bus Transport Services, The Ordering Party Located A Transport Fleet In The City Of Środa Wielkopolska. The Ordering Party Does Not Own Or Have Any Warehouses In Środa Wlkp. For This Reason, It Intends To Purchase Fuel At A Gas Station In Środa Wielkopolski. The Ordering Party Requires Refueling At At Least 1 Gas Station In Środa Wielkopolski, Open At Least From 6:00 A.M. To 9:00 P.M. Successive Purchases Of Diesel Oil Will Be Made In A Cashless System Using Electronic Fleet Cards, Secured With A Pin Code, Which Cards With Pin Codes Will Be Made Available In The Following Quantities: A) 20 Fleet Cards - Issued To The Registration Number Of The Ordering Partys Vehicle, B) 2 Universal Cards, The So-Called Bearer. 2.5. The Ordering Party Will Pay The Contractor Remuneration For The Delivered Deliveries By Transfer To The Contractors Bank Account Within 30 Days (Offer Evaluation Criteria - Minimum 14 Days), Counting From The Date Of Delivery Of A Correctly Prepared Invoice To The Ordering Party. 2.6. Settlements Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Be Made Only In Polish Zloty (Pln), Excluding Foreign Currencies. 2/10. In Matters Not Regulated By This Agreement, The Provisions Of The Civil Code And The Code Of Civil Procedure Shall Apply, Unless The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law Provide Otherwise. 2/11. The Contractor Guarantees That The Fuel Sold Will Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate
