This Contract Sets Out The Specific Conditions For The Execution Of Operating, Upkeep And Maintenance Interventions Carried Out On The Installations Of The La Combe Du Saut Water Depollution Station As Well As The Management Of Sludge Resulting From Water Depollution Operations And Waste Inherent To The Operation Of The Site. The Service Provider Must Make Every Effort To Ensure: - The Collection Of All Impacted Water, - The Depollution Of The Collected Water Before Its Discharge Into The Natural Environment, - The Management Of Sludge Involving Its Conditioning And Its Evacuation To A Suitable Channel, - The Management Of The Site Concerning The Maintenance Of The Installations Made Available And The Evacuation Through A Suitable Channel Of Waste Linked To The Maintenance And Operation Of The Site, - The Traceability Of The Operations Put Into Practice By The Regular Transmission Of Information To The Brgm
