Painting Work – Osnabrück District Hall / Comprehensive Building Renovation And Modernization (1St Ba) - Painting And Varnishing Work (Ve 1,329). For The Osnabrück District Center, Which Was Built In The Early 1980S, It Was Determined That The Building Needed To Be Extensively Renovated, Resulting From Changed Requirements For The Building Or Changed Legal Framework Conditions And Regulations. The Osnabrück District Is Therefore Planning A Comprehensive Renovation And Modernization Of Its District Headquarters. The Implementation Of This Construction Measure Is Divided Into Four Construction Phases And Is Carried Out At Different Times. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Painting And Varnishing Work Required For The First Construction Phase. Implementation Is Expected To Begin In April/May 2026. The Main Services Included Are: * Approx. 7,800 M2 Of Base Coat, Intermediate Coat And Final Coat * Approx. 595 Pieces Of Painting Of Suspended Ceilings As Individual Areas * Approx. 8000 M2 Of Shadow Gap Coating * Approx. 1210 M2 Of Painting Of Acoustic Perforated Ceilings * Approx. Milling 1050 M2 Of Existing Ground For Insulation Work The Following Minimum Requirements Apply To The Suitability (Performance) Of The Bidders: * Annual Turnover Of The Last Three Years: At Least Eur 1,200,000 Per Year * Total Number Of Employees At The Time Of Submitting The Offer: At Least 10 * Reference Projects: At Least One Completed Reference Project With A Contract Value Of At Least Eur 500,000 (Net) And Also At Least Two Completed Reference Projects With A Contract Value Of At Least Eur 250,000 (Net) Each.
