Commissioning Of Public Lighting Installations – Public Lighting Development In Ercsi. Public Lighting Development In Ercsi The Contract Consists Of Two Consecutive Stages And Tasks: 1. Implementation Of Public Lighting Modernization Investment 2. Public Lighting Operation Service 3. Replacement Of A Total Of 973 Light Fixtures Based On The Contents Of The Construction Plan Documentation To Be Prepared By The Winning Bidder. The Date Of Commencement Of Construction Is No Later Than 30 Days From The Final Approval Of The Design Documentation And The Availability Of All Official Permits And Approvals, While The Deadline For Carrying Out The Undertaken Modernization Is No Later Than 2 Months From The Handover Of The Work Area. 4. Operation Of The Public Lighting Equipment In The Territory Of The Municipality To Be Installed As Part Of The Modernization Investment Carried Out By The Winning Tenderer For 10 Years From The Date Of Technical Handover. Operational Tasks: - Public Lighting System Operational Data Registration And Data Provision - Receiving Error Reports - Error Correction - Environmental Protection Tasks The Tenderer Draws Attention To The Fact That The Products Used By The Tenderer During The Investment Are The Products Indicated In This Call And The Documentation, Or The Products Specified In The 321/2015. (X. 30.) According To Section 46 (3) Of The Government Decree, Equivalent Products Must Comply. By The Equivalent Product Used During The Construction Investment, The Tenderer Means Products That Comply In All Respects With The Technical Parameters Of The Product Specified In Detail In The Technical Description Of The Documentation. The Tenderer Has The Option To Replace The Materials Included In The Public Procurement Documentation With Validation Of Equivalence. It Is The Task Of The Successful Tenderer To Prepare The Construction Plan Documentation Before Carrying Out The Modernization Investment, As Well As To Obtain All Necessary Permits And Consents. During Execution, The Winning Tenderer Must Support The Dismantling Of The Dismantled Luminaires And The Handling Of The Disassembled Materials/Parts By Fraction With Receipts. The Environmental And Waste Management Regulations Must Be Strictly Adhered To In Connection With The Transport And Disposal Of The Dismantled Light Fixtures To A Suitable Waste Disposal Facility.
