The Purchase Is Made In The Context Of The Implementation Of The Ict Infrastructure (Equipment And Software Solution) At The Baia Mare Hospital For Infectious Diseases And Psychiatry Through The Ehealth Digital Governance And Interoperability Project Within The Baia Mare Hospital For Infectious Diseases And Psychiatry Financed Through The Specific Investment I3.3 Investments In It Systems And Digital Infrastructure Of Public Health Units. The Project Contributes Significantly To The Realization Of The Structural Reform, The Modernization Of The Health Information System, With An Emphasis On Ensuring A Modern Operational Infrastructure And Interoperability, As Well As Increasing The Skills Of The Staff. Package Of Services Including (1) Hardware Component: Provision Of It Equipment, Implementation Of The Data Transport Network And Installation, Configuration And Maintenance Services; (2) Software Component: Licensing Services Access To The It Solution For The Digitalization Of Clinical, Non-Clinical Processes And The Relationship With Third Parties - Commercial Product Available To The Provider At The Time Of Submission Of The Offer, Its Configuration/Parameterization To The Needs Of The Baia Mare Hospital For Infectious Diseases And Psychiatry, Professional Training And Related Services (Cloud Hosting, Administration, Maintenance And Technical Support).
