Engineering Services – 10-25-25-226; Renovation Of Bridge Structures In The Pinneberg District – Consulting Engineering Services (Rv). The Engineering Services Apply To All Infrastructure Structures In The Pinneberg District Within The Area Of Responsibility Of The Civil Engineering Team. The Contractor Should Work On 3 Structures Per Year. The Total Contract Period Is 4 Years. The Contract Runs For A Maximum Of 12 Bridge Structures Spread Over 4 Years: A Claim To The Allocation Of Orders Cannot Be Asserted. The Contractor Must Guarantee A Contractual Commitment Of At Least 1 Year For The Prices Stated. If Price Increases Become Necessary (Due To Force Majeure Or Special Economic Events) For Which The Contractor Is Not Responsible, These Must Be Reported To The Client In Advance And Explained In A Comprehensible Manner (Using Relevant Price Calculation Bases). There Must Be Mutual Recognition Of The Cost Increase Between The Contracting Parties. The Professional Qualifications And Technical Performance Must Be Provided With Appropriate Evidence When The Offer Is Submitted. Furthermore, After The Offer Phase Has Ended, An Introduction To The Working Method In The Form Of A Maximum One-Hour Presentation Is Required Within The Immediately Following Evaluation Phase. In This Context, The Above-Mentioned Content And Evidence Of Professional And Technical Qualifications Must Also Be Explained And Feedback And Questions About The Offer And Its Explanation Must Be Answered. The Services Included In The List Of Services With Special Expertise (Building Inspection Din 1076, Microscopic Building Material Examinations, Assessments Of Concrete Durability, Performance Profile Of The Repair Concept) Are To Be Provided By The Respective Contractor Or Part Of A Bidding Consortium. If Only Parts Of A Bidding Consortium Have Special Expertise As Mentioned Above And Will Provide Corresponding (Partial) Services, These Must Be Named And Presented To The Client In A Binding Manner. The Professional Qualifications And Equipment Must Be Proven By The Respective Contractor Or Parts Of A Bidding Consortium When Submitting The Offer. Changes In The Composition Of The Bidding Consortium Or Individual Persons/Specialists Named In The Above Context Require The Prior Consent Of The Client. Award Criteria (See Part 01_Procurement Documents_Procedural Conditions): . Price/Fee: 70 Points - Professional Qualifications: 15 Points - Technical Performance: 15 Points Please Read The Attached Documents Carefully And, If Anything Is Unclear, Use The Opportunity To Ask Bidder Questions.
