Refuse Disposal And Treatment – Processing Of Household Residual Waste (Hra). This Invitation To Tender Concerns The Tender For The Processing Of Household Residual Waste From Approximately 50 Municipalities. Cooperative Association Midwaste Environment U.A. (Midwaste) Is The Contracting Authority And Will Be The Client In The Contract To Be Formed On Behalf Of Six Of Its Members And The Approximately 50 Municipalities Represented By Them. In Total, This Concerns Approximately 250 Kilotons Of Household Residual Waste That, In Principle, Must Be (At Least) Thermally Recycled In A Wip. It Is Expected That During The Term Of The Agreement, Various (Part Of) Municipalities Will Switch To The Post-Separation Model. The Total Volume Of Waste Is Divided Over 7 (Almost) Equal Plots For Which Midwaste Is Looking For Multiple Processors. The Plots Have An Initial Term Of Approximately 3-5 Years With Two Extension Options. The Plots Have Different End Dates. The Tender Uses An Award Methodology Of Price And Sustainability In The Form Of Co2 Equivalents To Which A Fictitious Value Is Assigned.
