Surface Work For Streets – Kapa Jyväskylä Citys Paving Contract For 2026 + Option 2027. The Construction Sites Are The Streets With Public Traffic Located In Different Parts Of The City Of Jyväskylä And Other Public Areas, As Well As The Water Supply Projects Carried Out By Alva Companies In The Muurami Municipality. The Objects Are Described In More Detail In The Contract Program. The Paving Works Will Be Carried Out As A Total Contract With A Unit Price, Which Includes The Paving Works In 2026 And, As An Option, The Paving Works In 2027. One Contractor Is Selected To Perform The Work. The Preliminary Workload For 2026 Is Presented In The Procurement Target Criteria Section Of The Request For Tenders. The Delivery Quantities Stated In The Request For Quotation Are Estimates And The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Customer, And Changes In Quantities Do Not Affect The Unit Prices (Exception Yse 1998, § 45). The Offer Must Be Based On The Requirements Given In The Tender Documents. The Unit Prices Presented In The Offer Must Be Proportionate To The Costs Required By The Work Phase. The Unit Prices In The List Of Unit Prices Included In The Offer Must Mean Completely Finished Work With General And Other Costs And Be Applicable When Calculating Both Additions And Deductions.
