At The Deutsche Bundesbanks Europavillon Event Location, The Bundesbank Enters Into Direct Dialogue With Citizens In Order To Positively Anchor The Bundesbank And Its Tasks Among The Target Groups. We Are Looking For Support From A Competent Agency Partner For Marketing, Operational Implementation And The Registration And Admission Process. The Europavillon Is Located On Mainzer Landstr. 47 Directly In Front Of The Frankfurter Büro Center High-Rise, Where The Deutsche Bundesbank Has Moved Into Temporary Quarters Due To The Renovation Of Its Headquarters. The Europavillon Is Part Of The Property And Is Particularly Suitable For Public Events Due To Its Location. The Building Was Equipped With Modern Event Technology. Events With Up To 80 People Can Take Place In The Modular Room Concept. The Focus Is On Events For Citizens As Well As For The Financial And Economic Scene. One To Two Events Should Take Place Per Month Or 10-15 Events Per Year. The Speakers And Guests Focus On Frankfurt And Rhine-Main. A Resilient Network In The Region Is Therefore Essential For The Further Development Of Direct And Social Media Marketing And For Addressing Potential Speakers. In 2025, Various New Event Formats For Different Target Groups Have Already Taken Place (See Website At: Www.Bundesbank.De/Europavillon). If Necessary, Further Target Group-Specific Formats Are Developed And Special Events Are Held. Scope Of Services The Agency Partner Names A Permanent Contact Person/A Fixed Project Team And Must Provide The Following Services: 1) Advice On Event Marketing - Evaluation And Further Development Of Marketing Measures With The Aim Of Maximizing The Number Of Visitors And Expanding The Circle Of Participants - Advice On The Optimal Marketing Mix Depending On The Type Of Desired Target Group For The Respective Event Within The Specified Budget Framework - Advice On Networks In Frankfurt That Are Suitable For The Europavillon - If Necessary, Advice On The Development And Management Of A Europavillon Community - Preparation Of The Measures For Later Implementation By The Bundesbank 2) Conceptual Services - If Necessary, Conceptual Support For Individual Events, E.G. B. Through Suggestions For Entertainment Acts, Speakers And Special Room Design 3) Project Management - Central Contact Person (Key Account Manager) - Setting Up Project And Schedules And Monitoring Milestones As Well As Budget Status - Participant Management: The Conference Management Software Currently Used In The Bundesbank (Ventari From U2d) Should Be Used For Participant Management. The Agency Receives Personalized Access. The Agency Employees Receive Training. If Necessary, The Following Tasks Must Be Carried Out For Each Event: O Setting Up And Managing The Individual Events
