The Duration Of The Contract Is 25 Months As Follows: O 2 Months For The Pac/Dtac Phase Design Services - Starting With The Date Of The Service Start Order. Issuance Of The Order Regarding The Start Date Of The Design Is Conditioned By The Establishment Of The Guarantee Of Good Execution Of The Contract. The Order To Start The Design Services Will Be Given Within A Maximum Of 3 Working Days From The Date Of Establishment Of The Guarantee Of Good Execution Of The Contract. O 3 Months For The Development Of Pth, Dde And The Rest Of The Technical Documentation, Starting With The 2Nd Working Day, Following The Day Of Obtaining The Work Execution Authorization (Provisions Of Hg 907/2016, Chapter Iii, Art 5, Point Iv, Paragraph (4) - The Development Of The Technical Execution Project Is Conditional On The Prior Approval Of The Technical-Economic Indicators And The Issuance Of The Construction Authorization/Abolition Of The Execution Works). Obtaining The Work Execution Authorization (Based On The Technical Documentation For Approvals And The Pac/Dtac Developed By The Executor/Designer) Is The Buyers Responsibility. The Estimated Term For Obtaining The Authorization Is About 30 Days From The Date Of Approval Of The Pac/Dtac By The Purchaser And Of The Documents That Form The Basis Of The Approvals Requested Through The Urban Planning Certificate. The Purchaser Will Provide The Contractor/Designer With The Authorization In Full Form Within 1 Working Day From The Date Of Its Issuance. • The Duration Of 20 Months For The Technical Assistance Services From The Designer During The Execution Of The Works; • Duration Of Execution Of The Works - 20 Months; The Duration Of The Guarantee Period For The Good Execution Of The Works Is A Minimum Of 60 Months And A Maximum Of 120 Months And Will Be Established Depending On The Bid Declared The Winner.
