The System Is Intended To Provide A Central, Comprehensive It Environment For Monitoring, Analyzing And Managing The Water Supply Network, Supporting Processes Related To Leak Detection, Optimization Of Water Consumption And Effective Response To Failures. The Software Must Be Ergonomic And Intuitive To Use, Enable The Creation Of Reports, Analyzes And Visualization Of Measurement Data, As Well As Ensure Integration With The Existing Systems And Databases Operating At The Water Supply And Sewerage Plant In Białobrzegi. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: A. Delivery Of Water Meters (For Cold Water) With Remote Reading And Replacement In The City And Commune Of Białobrzegi In A Total Number Of 5,082 Pieces, B. Delivery Of Software Along With Granting A License For Configuration And Reading To Support Remote Readings (Ultimately For A Minimum Of 7,000 Pieces Of Water Meters) Along With 1 Piece Of Portable Radio Scanner Cooperating With 1 Piece Of Mobile Device (Tablet) For Reading C. Implementation Of Remote Readings And Configuration With Devices (Water Meters, Radio Modem, Tablet) And Integration With The Ordering Partys Billing Software - Ultimately For At Least 7,000 Pcs. Of Water Meters D. Delivery And Implementation Of A Stationary And Mobile Water Supply Network Monitoring System For Gis-Based Network Management And Analysis, Mathematical Model Of The Water Distribution System, E. Delivery, Installation, Configuration And Launch Of The Server With An Uninterruptible Power Supply (Ups) Suitable For The Server F. Delivery, Configuration And Launch Of 1 Monitor For Visualization Of Parameters In Real Time, G. Delivery And Installation Of Measuring Devices For The Water Supply Network Monitoring System (9 Pcs. Static Flow Meters Dn100-150 With Infrastructure For The Construction Of Measurement Points, 4 Sectional Flow Meters - Portable, With Remote Flow Monitoring, Telemetric Devices For Network Monitoring. H. Conducting Training For The Ordering Partys Staff, Including System Operation, Maintenance And Development Of The Implemented System, Data Interpretation And Operation Of Measuring Devices, I. Providing All Necessary Licenses Authorizing The Ordering Party To Legally Use The System And Other Components. J. Carrying Out An Inventory Of The Network Water Supply To The Extent Necessary To Develop The System In Question, Including Obtaining And Verifying Data On The Route Of The Network, Diameters And Materials Of Pipes, Network Fittings And Elevations. 3.
