The Purpose Of The Procedure Is The Contracting Of The Following Services: 1. The Selective Collection Of Waste From The Five Ordinary Fractions (Organic Fraction, Packaging, Paper/Cardboard, Glass And Rest) With The Modality: - Door To Door Of The Paper/Cardboard, Glass, Light Packaging, Organic Fractions (Includes Non-Woody Vegetable Fraction) And Rest Fraction From Individuals And Economic Activities Using Buckets And Containers Identified With Tag And All The Associated Tracking Technology And The Establishment Of Bidirectional Communication Channels With The Generators, In Those Municipalities. - Closed Areas With Access Control For Individuals Using Containers And All Associated Tracking Technology And The Establishment Of Two-Way Communication Channels With The Generators, In Those Specified Municipalities. The Economic Activities Of These Municipalities Will Have Door-To-Door Collections. The Selective Collection Service For The 5 Fractions Also Includes The Points Described In Section A Of The Pcap Characteristics Table. 2. Management Of The Waste Fraction Transfer Plant 3. Waste Transportation Service From Selective Collection In Auto-Compactors Or Open Boxes 4. Textile Waste Collection Service 5. Used Vegetable Oil Collection Service
