Public Road Transport Services – Passenger Transport On Local (Suburban) Routes In The Municipality Of Kelmė District. The Object Of The Purchase Is The Service Of Transporting Passengers By Bus On Local (Suburban) Regular Transportation Routes In The Kelme District. The Purpose Of The Purchase Is To Select A Service Provider (Operator) Who Would Provide Local (Suburban) Regular Transportation Services In The Municipality Of Kelmė District. Through This Purchase, The Procuring Organization Aims To Purchase An Advanced Service That Creates Added Value For Passengers. These Services Aim To Implement The Provisions Of The Climate Change Program Of The Eu And The Republic Of Lithuania, Based On The Use Of Green Energy. The Requirements For The Services Are Detailed In The Technical Specification (Appendix 2).
