Tenders are invited for Construction of Processing Plant & Associated Facilities Project Name: Al Jazer Shrimp Processing Plant Project 1. Scope of Work: The package involves comprehensive construction works for the shrimp processing plant and associated facilities. The primary scope of work Includes, but is not limited to: Civil & Structural Works: Construction of processing plant building - Earthworks, foundations, structural framework, floor slabs, and all related Sub & Super structural elements. Architectural Works: Finishes, partitions, cladding, False ceiling, roofing systems, Internal fit-outs, and construction of Mezz Floor, office block at Ground Floor and First Floor. MEP Works: Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works including process-related services, HVAC systems, fire detection & protection, lighting, power distribution, and utility connections. Process Integration Works: Civil and structural & MEP provisions required for Installation of freezing systems, cold storage facilities, automated processing lines, water treatment plants, and rendering plant. Associated Facilities: Construction of all required ancillary Infrastructure. 2. Eligibility: Contractors must be registered and possess a proven track record in executing large-scale Industrial processing facilities, including civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works of similar magnitude and complexity. 3.
