DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS This product is not regulated by CERCLA/RCRA as a hazardous waste material. Therefore, it may be disposed of as an industrial waste in a manner acceptable to good waste management practice and in compliance with applicable local, state and federal regulations. The Municipal Bidding Document 6.1 is attached, to be eligible for preference points bidders are required to submit a duly completed, current dated MBD 6.1 document with supporting documents with every RFQ submission, failure to submit will result in zero-point allocation. Please note that the MBD6.1 document is valid a year from date of signature. Failure to comply with the above will result in a zero (0) allocation for preference points.
