Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance And Operational Support Services For The Estrack Ground Stations Of Malargue Kourou And Integrated Logistic Support Services - 2026-2031

Tenders are invited for Maintenance and Operational Support Services for the Estrack Ground Stations of Malargue Kourou and Integrated Logistic Support Services - 2026-2031 (5+5 Years) The subject of this procurement is the Maintenance and Operation (MO) Services for the Kourou Malarge Stations, as well as Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Services for the ESA Tracking Stations Network (ESTRACK). The procurement will cover three service domains: MO Services for the ESTRACK 3rd Deep Space Station (DS-3) in Malarge, Argentina.MO Services for the ESTRACK Ground Station "Diane" in Kourou, French Guiana.ESTRACK Operations Control Centre (OCC) related ILS Services at ESOC including the maintenance of the ESTRACK Configuration Data Base (ECDB) and other related tools. It is envisaged that these domains may be awarded under a single contract or, depending on the outcome of the competition, distributed across multiple contracts (further explanation isprovided in the section "Justification of Proposed Procedure" below). A detailed description of the above-mentioned service domains is as follows: The Maintenance and Operational Support Services for DS-3 comprise: The provision of public services (electrical power, water, office communication, etc) required for the operation of the station.The provision of the site security services (guarding).The provision of the on-site maintenance services for the operational equipment and site facilities.The provision of theoperational support services at the site.The provision of logistic support for all operational components exchanged between Europeand Argentina. The Maintenance and Operational Support Services for the "Diane" Station in Kourou comprises: The provision of the on-site maintenance services for the operational equipment and site facilities.The provision of the operational support servicesat the site.The interface with CNES/CSG for the provision of the logistic and general services (power, water, sewage, communication, security, etc). The ESTRACK OCC Integrated Logistic Support (EILS) Services comprises the provision of logistic support services including handling of spares, repairs, shipment/transport, custom supervision, documentation management, asset management support, evolution of the services through engineering activities, the maintenance and tailoring of the ECDB (ESTRACK Configuration Database) and support the Agency for the ESTRACK asset management. The phase-in as required in one or all above domains shall be provided during the three-months period from 1st of August until 31st of October 2026, i.e. until the end of the current contract. The proposed procurement action requires an estimated total maximum funding of up to 65 M covering the 5-year base period plus an optional 5-year extension, distributed across each domain and the phase-in.
