It Should Be Noted That In The Event That The Activity Must Be Suspended Due To Inclement Weather, Catastrophe Or Other Situations That May Arise From The Central Government And/Or Special Provisions Of The Municipality Of Victoria, Considering The Protection Of The Community, The Event May Be Rescheduled For A New Date, The Determination Of Which Will Be Informed 24 Hours In Advance Of The Original Day Of The Activity. Without Prejudice To The Above And In The Event That The Conditions For Rescheduling Are Not Met, The Municipality May Definitively Suspend The Activity, A Fact That Will Be Formally Informed By Email To The Awarded Supplier.
