The Applicant Must Provide What Is Requested In These Technical Specifications: The Bidder Must Detail The Service That Will Be Provided To The Municipality Of Victoria ● Os-10 Authorization, Possess The Current Exempt Decree Granted By The Supervisory Authority (Carabineros De Chile, Os-10) That Authorizes It To Provide Private Security Services. ● Accredited Personnel, All Deployed Personnel Must Be Accredited By The Carabineros De Chile (Os-10 In Force) And Comply With The Requirements Established In Article 5 Of Decree No. 867. ● The Supplier Must Attach A List Of Guards, Indicating Names, Surnames, Rut And Current Os10 Authorization Certificate Number And Background Certificate For Special Purposes. ● Legal And Commercial Background, Copy Of The Rut Of The Company And The Legal Representative. ● Certificate Of Validity Of The Company. ● Accreditation Of Compliance With Labor And Pension Obligations. ● Certificate Of Employment History. ● Security Plans, Present A Security Study And Security Plans Specific To The Event, Approved By The Supervisory Authority. ● Insurance, Current Civil Liability Insurance Policies. ● Operation Directive. Deliver The Os-10 Operating Directive Before February 20 ● Folder With Employment Contracts, Insurance, Os-10 Authorization. ● Staffing, 30 Guards Specifying Their Roles (Shift Leader, Access Guards, Etc.) And Their Location In The Facility (Distribution Plan). Schedules And Shifts, The Company Will Provide Food And Rest Times Ensuring Permanent Coverage Throughout The Event: ● Clothing And Identification, Guards Must Wear Uniforms Or Clearly Identifiable Clothing, Black Cargo Pants, Black T-Shirt Suitable For Inclement Weather, Black Safety Shoes Or Boots, Black Cap With Corporate Logo, Anti-Cut Vests, Identification Cards (Credentials). ● Communication And Technological Equipment, Staff Must Have Portable Radio Headphones (Hands-Free), 10 Metal Detector Vanes, 02 Metal Detector Gates, Drones. ● Security Equipment, Each Security Guard Must Have Flashlights And Personal Protection Elements. ● In All Shifts There Must Be A Security Supervisor, Who Can Coordinate With Municipal Personnel, The Work Of The Security Teams. ● The Guards Must Be Half An Hour Before The Service, At The Meeting Point Assigned For This. It Should Be Noted That In The Event That The Activity Must Be Suspended Due To Inclement Weather, Catastrophe Or Other Situations That May Arise From The Central Government And/Or Special Provisions Of The Municipality Of Victoria, Considering The Protection Of The Community, The Event May Be Rescheduled For A New Date, The Determination Of Which Will Be Informed 24 Hours In Advance Of The Original Day Of The Activity. Without Prejudice To The Above And In The Event That The Conditions For Rescheduling Are Not Met, The Municipality May Definitively Suspend The Activity, A Fact That Will Be Formally Informed By Email To The Awarded Supplier.
