1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Obtaining All Official Decisions, And Then Execution Of Construction Works And As-Built Documentation For The Investment Task Titled: Thermal Modernization Of A Multi-Family Building In Jackowice.2) The Scope Of The Investment Task Is Limited To The Employers Real Estate: Thermal Modernization Of A Multi-Family Residential Building In Jackowice: - Plot Area: 3,151 M2 Plot No. 428/2 Is Developed By 1 Residential Building, 3-Story, With A Basement. The Building Is Located On The Eastern Border Of The Plot. In Addition To The Residential Building, There Are Three Single-Story Farm Buildings On The Plot, The First Two Of Which Are Located In The Northern Part Of The Plot, Where They Are Connected By A Wall; And A Building Located In The Southern Part, On The Border Of The Plot. There Is A Parking Lot For Passenger Cars On The Premises. The Plot Has Access To A Municipal Road And Is Equipped With Water, Electricity And Telecommunications Networks. Municipal Sewage From The Residential Building Is Discharged Into A Septic Tank Located On The Plot. Plot 428/1, The Scope Of The Study Includes Only A Part Of The Plot, Which Will Include Insulation Of A Part Of The Building Wall, Which Will Be Exposed After The Demolition Of The Unused Building On Plot 428/1 As Part Of Another (Separate Task). Attention! When Planning And Implementing The Above-Mentioned Scope, It Should Be Taken Into Account That The Above Works Related To Plot 428/1 Will Be Possible After The Demolition Of The Adjacent Building. Other Works Can Be Carried Out In Parallel. The Building Covered By The Study Is A Multi-Family Residential Building Constructed Using The Traditional Method, With Three Floors Above Ground And A Basement. The Building Adjoins Part Of The Eastern Façade To A Neighboring Building Located On A Separate Plot.
