Tenders are invited for Vendor Onboarding for the Rent of Billboards and Street Poles The Bank seeks to onboard qualified and experienced vendors to supply, manage, and maintain outdoor advertising spaces including billboards and streetlamp poles, in Kigali City and upcountry locations to support ongoing marketing activities. The engagement will be under a one (1) year contract renewable subject to satisfactory performance evaluation. BK Plc hereby invites bids for the above mentioned services. Terms of References (TORs) for the above mentioned services will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 11th/02/2026. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on [email protected]. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 20th Feb 2026 at 6:00PM on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders. Interested bidders are required to submit a financial proposal indicating monthly fee as specified in the Terms of Reference, technical proposal containing locations and photos of proposed street poles/billboards, a detailed company profile, including comprehensive information on the companys shareholders and directors, at least 3 reference certificates for recent and similar services, Valid Taxes clearance certificate, Valid RSSB Contribution Clearance certificate, Companys Registration Certificate and any other requirement specified in the Terms of Reference (TORs).
