Tenders are invited for Growth and Transformation Plan Consultancy. The ScaleSmart program aims to support pre-seed or seed startups working in different sectors to scale up by equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary to plan a solid fundraising path, matching them with investors and investment opportunities, and improving their chances of successfully raising funds. Scope of work: The Growth and Transformation Consultant will support a maximum of 4 selected startups through a series of one-on-one clinics to help them define, prioritize, and plan their growth journey. The consultant will be responsible for the following: Conducting a thorough analysis of the companys current business plan and operations, to identify weakness areas of improvement and potential growth opportunities. Developing a growth and scaling up strategy that addresses the companys weaknesses and outlines specific goals, action plans, and timelines for achieving the companys objectives. Providing guidance and support to the internal team to ensure effective implementation of the growth and scale-up strategy, including identifying and leveraging key partnerships and resources. Defining the success metrics of the growth and scale-up strategy using key performance indicators relevant to the sector such as revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction, etc. (as relevant). Expected Deliverables Consultants Deliverables Conduct preparatory meetings with the Berytech Team to align the content of the workshop as well as the approaches and responsibilities under this agreement. Deliver a number of agreed upon one-on-on clinics (Online or On-site) per startup, whereby each clinic is at least 1 hour or 60 minutes. Submit a detailed written report on every startups progress throughout the mentoring and conduct meetings with the Berytech team for verbal feedback. Provide (if needed) comprehensive content and materials that can be used by the entrepreneurs during the clinics. These materials will include detailed templates, readings for the startup to research and understand the topic more, suggested links and sources on the topic...etc. All these materials should be uploaded in coordination with the Berytech team to make them accessible for the startups. Startups Deliverables After the module, the startup should have: A growth and transformation plan developed for each participating startup. Clear definition of growth priorities and overall strategic direction. Identification of key operational and organizational changes needed for scaling. An actionable roadmap aligned with fundraising and investment readiness. Qualifications Proven experience (10+ years) in seed/pre-seed startup growth, scaling strategies, or organizational transformation Strong understanding of startup challenges and scale-up dynamics Experience working with startups, accelerators, or entrepreneurship programs is a plus Availability to commit to the program timeline and deliverables How to apply To apply, please submit your resume, portfolio, and a technical and financial proposal by email to
