Expression of Interest for Provision of H3SE, Logistics and Pool Workforce Personnel for Eacop Field Operations The East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Ltd invites experienced and qualified suppliers to express their interest for the Provision of H3SE, Logistics and Pool Workforce Personnel for EACOP Field Operations. The objective of this contract is to provide qualified, competent, and compliant personnel to support EACOP operations activities, ensuring safe, efficient and environmentally responsible execution of works in line with EACOP policies, Host Government regulations and international standards. A. H3SE Personnel Services Provision of skilled H3SE professionals to support operations compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement, including but not limited to: HSE Officers, Supervisors and Advisors; Environmental and Social Specialists; Health Officers / Occupational Health Staff; Safety Trainers and Permit-to-Work Coordinators; Incident reporting, inspections, audits and toolbox talks; Support implementation of EACOP H3SE management systems, standards and KPIs. B. Logistics Personnel Services Provision of experienced logistics personnel to support material, fleet and supply Provision of experienced logistics personnel to support material, fleet, and supply chain operations, including Logistics Coordinators and Supervisors; Warehouse and Inventory Controllers; Transport and Fleet Coordinators; Yard, Sites and materials handling personnel; Support planning, tracking and reporting of logistics activities. C. Pool Workforce Personnel (Semiskilled and Unskilled) Provision of flexible manpower on a call-off basis to meet fluctuating project demands, including Skilled Personnel: Equipment Operators (forklifts, loaders, etc.); Electricians, mechanics, welders, technicians; Administrative and clerical support staff; Unskilled / Semi-skilled Personnel; General labourers and helpers; Cleaners, porters and site support staff; Warehouse helpers and loading crews. Contractor responsibilities The Contractor shall: Recruit, mobilize, and manage personnel in compliance with local labour laws and EACOP requirements; Ensure personnel are medically fit, trained and certified where applicable; Manage payroll, statutory contributions, insurance and welfare; Provide ongoing supervision, performance management and replacement of personnel when required; Ensure adherence to H3SE standards, code of conduct and local content requirements.
