Deadline: Wednesday, 18/02/2026 23:59 World Vision International is a Christian relief, development, and advocacy organization dedicated to creating lasting change in the lives of children, families, and communities living in poverty. World Vision is dedicated to working with the worlds most vulnerable children. In Rwanda, World Vision has been part of the countrys experience and journey since 1994, working through relief, rehabilitation, and development programs. World Vision International (Rwanda) is seeking a qualified and reputable firm to conduct a Gendered Market Assessment for the Building Leadership, Opportunities, and Options for Marginalized Women and Girls (BLOOM Africa) Project. Participation in the competition is open to all on equal terms. Instructions to bidders: All interested firms shall express their interest in this Value Chain and Market Systems Analysis on 19th February 2026 at 05.00 Pm.
