The Work Performance Shall Satisfythe Local And International Standards And Regulations. Upon Completion Of Periodical Inspection And Maintenance Of Welding Machine, Contractorshall Provide Detailed Inspection Report For Each Individual Weldingmachine To Concerned Dewa Engineertechnical Details Provided With This Documents Are Very Limitedinformation To Understand Th E Basic Of The Welding Machines. #Thecontractor Should Visit The Site And Familiarize Himself Beforesubmitting The Offer.Scope Of Wo Rk.The Scope Of Work Includes The Following:1.#Periodical Inspection And Maintenance Of Welding Machines Shall Becarryout Every 6 Mo Nths (Twice In A Year) As Per Schedule Fixed Byconcerned Dewa Engineer. Responsibility Of The Contractor Against Thiscontract Is Not Limited To Periodic Maintenance Of Welding Machines.Ultimate Responsibility Is To Ensure Safe & Trouble Free Working Ofwelding Mach Ine For One Year. Contractor Is Required Rectify Defects Andtake Up Immediate Repair And Testing In Consultation With Responsibledew A Engineer Whenever It Is Required.2.#All The Welding Machine Component Shall Be Thoroughly Inspected Asper Relevant Standards To En Sure The Proper Functioning Of Weldingmachines. Upon Completion Of Successful Inspection And Maintenancedetailed Inspection Report S Hould Be Filled-In With Relevantinformation, Observations/Corrective Actions Required/Carried Out, Etc.,And Submitted To Dewa Duly S Igned With Date And Company Seal Of Thecontractor.3.#Carryout Repair/Replacement Of Defective Parts, Adjustments Requiredto Welding Machine Components, The Defects That Needcorrection/Repair/Adjustments By The Contractor As Part Of Thiscontract.4.#All Breakdown Ma Intenance Call Shall Be Attended Within 24 Hrs. Ifrequired, Shall Be Arranged On Holidays. In Case Contractor Failed Toattend The Br Eakdown Within 24 Hrs. The Third Party Will Be Arranged Bydewa To Rectify The Defect Within Short Notice, An Actual Amount Willincur Red For Defect Rectification Will Be Back Charged To Thecontractor. All The Breakdown Maintenance Call Is Part Of This Contract.Ther E Will Be No Any Additional Amount Will Be Compensated By Dewa.5.#All The Engine Operated Welding Machines, Engine Oil, Air Filter A Ndengine Filter Shall Be Replaced With Genuine Parts As Per Abovescheduled, Required Lubricant, Filters Shall Arranged By Contractor Athis Own Cost.6.#Contractor Is Required To Provide Unit Rate For Each Individualwelding Machine As Listed Above To Carryout Period Ic Maintenance Twicein A Year.7.#Complete Consumables, Spare Parts, Oil Filter, Air Filter, Engineoil, Manpower, Tools, Etc. Require D For Safe And Timely Execution Of Thejob Shall Be Arranged By Contractor. Also Safety Of The People Workingfor Contract Is His Resp Onsibility.General Conditions.1.#Complete Resources Including Manpower, Materials, Tools, Tackles,Testing Instruments Etc.
