The Subject Of Performance Is The Supply Of New And Unused Medical Devices. Instruments And Equipment Must Be Fully Functional And Complete So That They Can Be Fully Used For Normal Purposes. Complete Delivery Means The Delivery Of New And Unused Medical Devices, Including Their Delivery To The Place Of Filling, Assembly, Operator Training, Delivery Of Technical Documentation, User Manuals, Declaration Of Conformity, Commissioning And Professional Maintenance (Warranty Service). Medical Devices, Including Accessories, Will Be Specified In The Offer Sheets (Technical Sheets), Which Will Be Part Of The Offer In The Czech Language. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented In Accordance With All Applicable Czech Legal Regulations And Harmonized European Standards, If Such Standards Exist. If Such Standards Do Not Exist, The Provisions Of Czech Technical Standards, Construction Technical Measures And Technical Specifications Contained In Publicly Accessible Documents Commonly Applied In Technical Practice Must Be Used.
