The Summer Village Of Jarvis Bay Is Seeking Qualified Proponents To Submit Proposals To Provide Greenspace And Beach Front Maintenance And Landscape/Mowing Services At Petro Beach Day Use Area. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Contribute To The Beautification And Quality Service Delivery Of Public Spaces Within The Summer Village. During The Fall Season Of 2025 The Summer Village Constructed Significant Changes To This Space By Reducing The Parking And Revegetating To A Passive Day Use Park Including Several New Shrubs And Tree Plantings, Amenities Like Benches And Bike Stands. The Awarded Proponent Will Provide Services Including But Not Limited To Watering New Vegetation, Mowing And Weed Whipping, Bathroom Custodial Work, Litter Picking And Light Maintenance As Required.
