The Scope Of The Procurement Also Includes Conducting Training On The Use Of Each Offered Product At The Request Of The Procurer. The Training Must Be Conducted In Estonian And The Venue Is The Foundation Tartu University Hospital, L. Puusepa 8, Tartu. The Procurement Is Divided Into 2 Parts. The Offer Can Be Submitted Either For One Or Several Parts. The Framework Contracts Are Concluded According To The Terms Of Appendix 2 Or Appendix 3 Of The Offer With A Deadline Of 31.10.2028. In The Event That The Same Bidder Is Recognized As Successful In Several Parts, The Procuring Entity Has The Right To Conclude A Single Framework Contract Covering All Relevant Parts Of The Procurement.
