Part 1 - Partial Reconstruction Of The Sanitary Facilities Of Building 12 The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Repair The Sanitary Facilities Of The Building That Is The Object Of The Procurement, In Accordance With The Main Contract, On Time And At Optimal Costs, Which Would Meet The Requirements And Legislation Of The Customer. The Scope Of The Procurement Includes The Dismantling Of The Toilet Bowls Located In The Chambers, The Supply, Installation And Connection Of New Toilet Bowls Made Of Stainless Material, Including The Connection Of The Sink To The Riser. The Scope Of Work Also Includes The Repair Of Floors. Part 2 - Partial Construction And Repair Works Of Buildings And Fences Located On The Territory Of Viru Prison The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Repair And Partially Reconstruct The Building(S) That Are The Object Of The Procurement, In Accordance With The Main Contract, On Time And At Optimal Costs, Which Would Meet The Requirements And Legislation Of The Customer. Among Them, Functionality, Energy Efficiency, Durability And Longevity Must Be Guaranteed. The Scope Of Work Includes The Repair Of The Fence, Partial Reconstruction Of The Heating System, Work Related To The Floors And Sealing Of The Joints Of The External Walls.
