The Geothermal System Includes Two Heat Pump Systems With An Output Of Approximately 114 Kw And 10 Geothermal Wells With A Target Depth Of 300 Meters. Two Wells Will Be Subjected To A Trt Test Before The Other Wells Are Drilled, The Measurement Report Of Which Will Be Submitted To The Designer For Review And Simulation, So That The Final Number And Depth Of The Wells Can Be Updated To The Plans. For The Duration Of The Earthworks, The Customer Procures An Archaeological Supervisor For The Contractor, Who Ensures That The Contractor Does Not Harm The Ancient Remains. Any Resulting Changes To Plans And Timings Are Additional Work And Should Not Be Included In The Offer. Renewal Of The Propertys Building Automation System Is Not Included In This Purchase, Contrary To The Plans. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Programming And Commissioning Of The New Equipment, But The Customer Acquires The Necessary Changes To The Objects Current Automation System Through Its Automation Framework Arrangement. The Preliminary Contract Implementation Period Is 15.4. – 15 August 2026. The Form Of Contract Is A Complete Contract. All Work Presented In The Tender Documents Is Included In The Total Contract. The Selected Supplier Acts As The Main Contractor In The Project And As The Main Implementer In Accordance With The Government Decree On The Safety Of Construction Work (2009/205). There Must Be No Unnecessary Disturbance To The Objects Operation. In The Contract, Cleanliness Management According To Appendix 3 A2 Dust And Cleanliness Management Instructions Is Followed And Final Cleaning Is Carried Out In Accordance With Appendix 4 A3 Final Cleaning Instructions.
