Work Detail

The City Of Espoo Tilapalvelut-Liikelaitos (Later The Client) Is Requesting Bids For Converting The Oil Heating System Of The Oitta Outdoor Base To A Geothermal System. A More Detailed Description Of The Procurement Can Be Found In Appendix 1 Of The Tender Request Contract Program. Familiarization Visit: The Customer Requires The Bidder To Participate In A Mandatory Familiarization Visit Organized By The Customer Before Bidding. A Mandatory Familiarization Visit Will Be Organized On Friday 27.2. At 1 Pm And On Tuesday 3.3. At 12 Oclock. The Name And Address Of The Destination Is Oittaa Outdoor Recreation Center Kunnarlantie 33-39, 02740 Espoo. The Customer Will Reject The Offer If The Offeror Has Not Familiarized Himself With The Destination During A Familiarization Visit Organized By The Customer. The Familiarization Visit Must Be Registered In Advance, No Later Than Three Days Before The Time Of The Familiarization Visit. Registration Is Done By Email To [email protected]. If Registrations Are Not Received By The Deadline, The Client Reserves The Right To Postpone The Familiarization Visit, Which Will Be Announced Separately On The Tarjouspalvelu.Fi Supplier Portal. The Tenderer Can Submit Familiarization Visits To The Site Before The Last Day For Submitting Questions During Office Hours From 8:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M. The Proposal Must Be Sent To The E-Mail Address [email protected] No Later Than 7 Days Before The Time Of The Desired Familiarization Visit. Acquaintance Visits Will Be Organized If They Suit The Customer And The User, Those Who Have Familiarized Themselves With The Request For Tender Will Be Notified Of The Additional Familiarization Visits To Be Arranged In A Message From The Tender Service Supplier Portal. Procurement: Below Is The Outline Of The Scope Of The Contract, A More Detailed Description Of The Procurement Can Be Found In Appendix 1 Contract Program And Appendix 2 Plans Of The Tender Request. The Tender Request Attachments Cannot Be Read Through The Hilma Website Of Procurement Notices, But The Tenderer Must Familiarize Themselves With Them On The Tender Service Supplier Portal, Where The Customer Publishes The Tender Request. As Part Of The Contract, The Sites Current Oil Heating System Will Be Dismantled And Replaced With A Geothermal System. The Geothermal System Includes Two Heat Pump Systems With An Output Of Approximately 114 Kw And 10 Geothermal Wells With A Target Depth Of 300 Meters. Two Wells Will Be Subjected To A Trt Test Before The Other Wells Are Drilled, The Measurement Report Of Which Will Be Submitted To The Designer For Review And Simulation, So That The Final Number And Depth Of The Wells Can Be Updated To The Plans. For The Duration Of The Earthworks, The Customer Procures An Archaeological Supervisor For The Contractor, Who Ensures That The Contractor Does Not Harm The Ancient Remains. Any Resulting Changes To Plans And Timings Are Additional Work And Should Not Be Included In The Offer. Renewal Of The Propertys Building Automation System Is Not Included In This Purchase, Contrary To The Plans. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Programming And Commissioning Of The New Equipment, But The Customer Acquires The Necessary Changes To The Objects Current Automation System Through Its Automation Framework Arrangement. The Preliminary Contract Implementation Period Is 15.4. – 15 August 2026. The Form Of Contract Is A Complete Contract. All Work Presented In The Tender Documents Is Included In The Total Contract. The Selected Supplier Acts As The Main Contractor In The Project And As The Main Implementer In Accordance With The Government Decree On The Safety Of Construction Work (2009/205). There Must Be No Unnecessary Disturbance To The Objects Operation. In The Contract, Cleanliness Management According To Appendix 3 A2 Dust And Cleanliness Management Instructions Is Followed And Final Cleaning Is Carried Out In Accordance With Appendix 4 A3 Final Cleaning Instructions. The Customer Will Select A Supplier Based On The Tender Process.
