The Object Of The Renovation Is The Lapua Town Hall (Year 1923–1924). The City Halls Heating And Domestic Water Network Will Be Renovated To The Extent Shown In The Plans. Renovation Work Is Mainly Carried Out In The Basement Premises On Previously Renovated Pipelines (Estimated In 1975) And On The Original Heating Pipelines Below The Basement Floor.
