The City Of Järvenpää Requests Your Bid For Material Procurement And Installation Work For Curbstones And Stones Made Of Concrete And Natural Stone In The Järvenpää City Area From May 1, 2026 To April 30, 2030. Based On The Competition, It Is Intended To Enter Into A Framework Arrangement, For Which Two (2) Contractors Will Be Selected, Unless There Are Fewer Bidders Who Meet The Eligibility Criteria Or Accepted Bids. In The Framework Arrangement, The Selection Of The Contractor Is Primarily Guided By The Order Of Preference Determined Based On The Competition. If The Contractor Does Not Have The Opportunity To Provide The Service At The Time Ordered, The Order Will Be Placed In The Following Order. The Contract Includes The Procurement Of Materials For All Stones For The Tasks, Except For The Items Mentioned Separately In The Site Meetings Or In Connection With The Order, For Which The Customer Has The Material In Stock. Maintenance Stone Repair Work Can Be Added To The Contract, Using The Contracts Unit And Hourly Billing Prices. The Contract Period Is Four (4) Years. The Contract Is Signed After The Procurement Decision Becomes Legally Binding. The Comparison Price Is Not The Value Of The Purchase, But Individual Purchases Are Made At The Given Unit Prices. The Contract Is A Unit Price Contract. The Contract Amount And Invoicing Are Formed According To The Realized Quantities In Accordance With The Measurement Protocols Approved By The Customers Supervisor. If The Customers Anticipated Value Of The Individual Procurement Object Is More Than 60,000.00 Euros (0% Vat), The Mini Item Will Be Tendered At The Total Price Within The Framework Agreement. The Customer Does Not Commit To A Specific Procurement Volume During The Contract Period, But The Purchase Is Made In Accordance With The Customers Procurement Needs And Within The Valid Budget.
