The Municipality Of Mustasaari Is Requesting Participation Applications For The Renovation And Expansion Of The Smedsby-Böle School Of The Mustasaari School Center As A Construction Contract. The Contract Is An Sr Contract, Which Is Described In More Detail In This Request For Participation And Its Attached Documents. The Instructions For Preparing The Application For Participation Are In This Request For Participation And In The Requirements Regarding The Suitability Of The Candidates (Suitability Requirements) Section. Participation Applications Received After The Deadline Will Not Be Considered. An Unequivocal Yes Or No Answer Is Requested For Questions About Suitability Requirements. If The Candidate Does Not Meet All The Suitability Requirements (I.E. Answers No To Any Item Or Leaves Any Item Unanswered), The Procurement Unit Must Exclude The Candidate From The Tender. The Winner Of The Tender Will Be Checked For All Documents Proving The Fulfillment Of The Suitability Requirements Before The Contract Is Concluded. The Procurement Unit Reserves The Right To Inspect The Documents Also During The Procurement Procedure. The Participation Application Form Must Be Filled Out Electronically In The Offer Portal. The Content Of The Form May Not Be Changed And Only This Form Completed And The Attached Documents Mentioned In This Form Are Required To Be Submitted As A Participation Application. The Participation Application With Attachments Can Be Made In Finnish Or Swedish. The Language Of The Procurement And The Project Is Finnish/Swedish. The Minutes Are Drawn Up In Swedish. If The Candidate Mentions The References And Turnover Of Another Company (Different Y Code) As References Or Turnover (E.G. A Group Company) And The Candidate Is Selected As A Tenderer, The Tenderer Must Submit A Written And Signed Commitment From These Other Companies In Connection With Their Offer, On The Basis Of Which The Procuring Entity Has The Right To Demand Resources From These Companies For Use In The Project, If The Contract Is Concluded. With The Candidate. If Several Companies Join Together And These Companies Submit A Participation Application Together (Candidate Consortium), The Candidate Must Attach A Letter Of Intent To Establish A Candidate Consortium To Their Participation Application. The Letter Of Intent Must State The Responsibilities Of The Labor Consortium To The Customer (Jointly And, If Necessary, Alone) And Who Has The Right To Make Commitments In The Name Of The Candidate Group. If The Participation Application Is Submitted By Only One Company That Acquires Resources As A Subcontract, The Participation Application Must Be Accompanied By A Commitment Signed By The Subcontractor To Hand Over Resources For This Procurement. Each Contractor Or Labor Consortium Can Make Only One Participation Application. Parallel Applications For Participation May Not Be Made. A Company Can Only Participate In One Candidate Group. The Work Consortium Must Meet All Suitability Requirements Together.
