Follow-Up Of Displaced Persons From Ukraine . Descriptionnav Will Acquire The Labor Market Initiative Follow-Up For Displaced Persons From Ukraine. The Measure Will Provide Assistance With The Aim Of Participants Obtaining And/Or Retaining Paid Work. The Aim Is For The Participants To Get To Work Quickly. Current Participants Are People Who Need More Comprehensive Follow-Up Assistance Than The Norwegian Labor And Welfare Agency Can Offer. The Group Of Participants Mainly Consists Of Displaced People From Ukraine. The Participants Have Different Individual Needs, And There Will Be Great Variation In The Participant Group Related To Norwegian Skills, Formal Competence, Work Experience, Level Of Education, Digital Competence, Networking And Social Skills, As Well As Various Health Challenges. For Some Participants, These Challenges Will Apply At The Same Time, And Mutually Influence Each Other. If It Is Considered Appropriate, The Measure Can Also Be Used For Other Minority Groups With A Similar Need For Follow-Up. For Example Polish, Bulgarian, Romanian And Hungarian Citizens. These Will Not Have Taken Part In The Introductory Programme, But Will Be Able To Benefit From The Measures Other Content Aimed At A Minority Group.
