Descriptionregional Purchasing In The Kongsvinger Region (Riik) Wishes To Enter Into A Framework Agreement For Legal Advisory Services On Behalf Of The Following Municipalities And Iks:- Eidskog Municipality- Grue Municipality- Kongsvinger Municipality- Nord-Odal Municipality- Sør-Odal Municipality- Våler Municipality- Åsnes Municipality- Glåmdal Fire Department Iks- Glåmdal Intermunicipal Water And Sewage Company Iks- Solør Renovation The Iks Framework Agreement Shall Include Legal Advisory Services Within The Most Legal Areas Municipalities/Ics May Need Assistance. Legal Areas/Services That Are Not Included In The Agreement Are Listed Below. Tasks Include E.G. Advice And Guidance, Preparation Of Legal Notes And Assessments, Quality Assurance, Assistance In Negotiations, Training/Courses, Legal Representative, Etc. Customers Are Free To Engage Other Law Firms For Matters That Fall Under The Provisions On Exceptions From Procurement Law And Regulations, Cf. Foa § 2-4.D (Including Representation In Matters), I.A. Based On The Desired Expertise/Experience In The Specific Case. The Customers Can Still Make Calls From The Framework Agreement Supplier For Such Matters As Well. The Following Areas/Services Are Not Included In The Framework Agreement: Notification Reception, Including Receipt Of Notifications, Initial Assessment Of Whether The Notification Is Justified And Forwarding To The Municipality (Separate Agreement Area). Child Welfare Matters. It Is Planned To Conclude A Separate Agreement For This Area. Customers Can Voluntarily Use A Framework Agreement For Legal Advisory Services On Child Welfare Matters Until An Agreement Has Been Concluded In This Area. Va Law. Ks The Lawyers Can Be Used For Unpaid Legal Assistance Within The Framework Included In The Membership. Other Memberships That Give Customers The Opportunity To Use Legal Assistance, Such As E.G. Norsk Vann And Samfunnsbedriftene Will Also Be Able To Be Used Within The Framework Included In The Membership Without This Being A Breach Of The Agreement.
