Description Purpose And Scope The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into A Contract With A Qualified Organ Builder For The Restoration And Rehabilitation Of The Organ In Oslo Handelsgymnasiums Auditorium. The Organ Is Supplied By J.H. Jørgensens Organ Factory (Oslo) In 1948, And Has Two Manuals And A Pedal. The Organ Is A Time- And Place-Specific Instrument, Closely Linked To The Buildings Architecture And Use. The Client Wishes To Ensure That The Instrument Is Brought Back To A Satisfactory Technical, Musical And Operational Condition, So That It Can Again Be Used In A Stable And Appropriate Way For Teaching, Concerts And Other Events In The Auditorium. The Music Desk Is Placed In A Niche In The Hall On The 1St Floor, While The Organ Itself Is Located In The Svell House On The Third Gallery (4Th Floor). The Transmission Between The Music Desk And The Organ Is Electric, And The Pipework Is Mounted On Electropneumatic Wind Chargers. The Instrument Is Built With A Layout That Includes Both Independent Registers And Unit/Transmission Solutions, Where The Same Pipework Is Used Across Voices And Works. Scope And Overall Needs The Client Is Aware That Over Time The Organ Has Suffered A Significant Backlog When It Comes To Maintenance. Repeated Errors And Deficiencies Have Been Reported That Affect Ease Of Use And Operational Reliability, Including Irregular Functioning Of Toners And Registers As Well As Technical Weaknesses In Wind And Steering Systems. Based On Available Documentation And Previous Professional Assessments, It Is Assumed That The Organ Needs Extensive Measures Within, Among Other Things: * Technical Installation, Including Electrical Control And Transmission * Wind System And Bellows * Wind Charger And Other Mechanical Components * Pipework, Including Repair, Cleaning, Tuning And Intonation * Music Desk And Associated Installations It Is Emphasized That This List Is Not Exhaustive, Nor Should It Be Understood As A Final Or Binding Description Of The Assignments Content. Bidders Are Required To Participate In An Inspection Of The Organ And The Installations, And On An Independent Professional Basis Assess The Condition Of The Organ, The Necessary Measures And The Appropriate Method Of Implementation. The Offer Must Be Based On The Suppliers Own Professional Assessment And Describe The Proposed Scope, Method And Solution. The Client Has An Indicative Budget For The Assignment Of Up To Nok 1,500,000 Excl. Vat The Tenderer Is Asked To Prioritize The Most Necessary Measures Within This Framework, And To Clearly Describe What Is Included In The Tender And What Assumptions Are Made. If The Tenderer Considers That The Budget Does Not Cover All Recommended Measures, A Separate Overview Of Proposed Additional Measures, Including Price, Can Also Be Provided. The Option Can Be Triggered By The Client Within 12 Months Of The Start Of The Contract. When Exercising The Option, The Contract Is Extended By Up To 6+6 Months On Unchanged Terms.
