Subject Of The Public Order: Repair And Servicing Of Company Cars And Motorcycles, Light Trucks, Trucks And Excavators, Forklifts, Front Loaders For The Needs Of Vik Eood - Plovdiv By Specific Positions. The Positions Are Repair And Servicing Of Company Cars And Motorcycles; Repair And Servicing Of Company Light Trucks; Repair And Servicing Of Company Trucks; Repair And Servicing Of Excavators, Loaders, Front Loaders. The Order Is Opened With A Deadline Of 36 (Thirty-Six) Months From The Signing Of The Contract(S) With The Participant(S) Selected As Contractor(S). The Contract Performance Activities Will Be Performed At The Service Base Of The Contractor Or At The Base Of The Contracting Authority Located In Psov - City. Plovdiv, Yagodovsko Shose Street (At The Discretion Of Each Individual Repair/Service). During The Period Of Performance Of The Contract, It Is Foreseen To Change The Proposed Price Of The Participant Selected As The Contractor, According To The Order Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. The Proposed Price Will Be Subject To Change If The Minimum Wage In The Republic Of Bulgaria And/Or The Minimum Insurance Income For Economic Activity Is Changed 95.3 - Technical Service And Repair Of Cars And Motorcycles. In The Event Of A Statutory Change In The Minimum Wage And/Or The Minimum Social Security Income For The Economic Activity, The Contracting Authority Will Perform Calculations For The Percentage Increase In The Minimum Wage And/Or The Minimum Social Security Income And Will Update The Offered Prices For One Service Hour Of Labor In The Price Proposal Of The Participant Selected As A Contractor. The Number Of Service Labor Hours Offered In The Price Proposal Is Retained For The Entire Term Of The Contract. According To The Provision Of Art. 116, Para. 2 Of The Zop, In The Event Of A Change In The Proposed Price, Which Leads To An Increase In The Total Value Of The Contract, The Same Cannot Exceed By More Than 50 Percent The Value Of The Main Contract. Where Successive Amendments Are Made, The Limit Applies To The Total Value Of The Amendments.
