Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Spare Parts For Staff Light Vehicles, Assigned To The Od Of The Ministry Of The Interior - Plovdiv, Separate Positions: Position 1 - Supply Of Spare Parts For Cars Brand Opel, Ford, Peugeot, Volkswagen, Kia And Skoda; Position 2 - Supply Of Spare Parts For Vaz Brand Cars, Position 3 - Supply Of Spare Parts For Bmw And Yamaha Brand Motorcycles
Delivery Of Spare Parts For Staff Light Vehicles, Assigned To The Od Of The Ministry Of The Interior - Plovdiv, Distributed By Separate Positions, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1 - Delivery Of Spare Parts For Opel, Ford, Peugeot, Volkswagen, Kia And Skoda Cars; Separate Position No. 2 - Delivery Of Spare Parts For Vaz Brand Cars Separate Position No. 3 – Delivery Of Spare Parts For Bmw And Yamaha Motorcycles The Contracting Authority Will Order Spare Parts For Cars And Motorcycles From The Specified Contractor In The Type And Quantity According To Its Specific Needs, Arising In The Period For The Execution Of The Order (Agreement). Specific Types Of Spare Parts And Specific Quantities Of Them For The Respective Cars And Motorcycles Cannot Be Predicted And Determined With Accuracy At The Time Of The Opening Of The Public Procurement, Since The Contracting Authority Is Not Able To Predict With Accuracy During The Period Of Execution Of The Order What Brands And Types Of Cars And Motorcycles It Will Acquire Or Decommission, As Well As The Nature And Quantity Of Emergency Situations That Will Occur, And Which Brands And Types Of Cars And Motorcycles Will Require Repairs, Respectively Spare Parts For Their Execution. Due To The Foregoing, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Order The Delivery Of Spare Parts For Car And Motorcycle Brands And Spare Parts Other Than Those Listed In The Technical Specifications, Within The Term Of The Contract And The Estimated Value Of The Order And After Deducting A 30% Trade Discount.
