Object Of This Public Procurement Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 1, B. B Of The Law On Public Procurement (Ppp) Is The Construction Of The Following Site: Bicycle Lane On Municipal Road Pdv 1272 Between The Town Of Sadovo And The Village Of Cheshnegirovo, Sadovo Municipality, Plovdiv District The Main Purpose Of The Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Implementation Of Smr Within The Agreed Time Frame With The Contractor And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Employer And The Bulgarian Legislation For The Constructions That Will Be Carried Out For The Specified Object, According To An Approved Investment Project. For The Site, The Subject Of The Order, A Proper Construction Permit Has Been Issued Based On The Approved Investment Projects, Which Projects Are An Integral Part Of The Documentation For Conducting The Present Order. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed In The Technical Specification For The Object Included In The Scope Of This Public Procurement, Representing A Separate Document, As Well As An Approved Technical Project, An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Construction Works Will Be Carried Out According To The Draft Contract And Its Annexes And In Accordance With The Requirements Of Zut, Ordinance 3 Of July 31, 2003 On The Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction, Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003 On Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, And All Other Normative Acts. Related To The Construction Being Carried Out.
