The Subject Of The Public Order Includes The Delivery Of 1 Factory New, Unused Electric Passenger Car, Cat. M1, Completed In Accordance With Art. 139 Of The Road Traffic Act, Accompanied By The Documents Necessary For Its Registration, Service Book, As Well As Instructions For Operation And Delivery And Installation Of 1 Pc. Charging Station With A Power Of At Least 22 Kw. The Vehicle Subject To Delivery Should Meet The Criteria For Clean Vehicles. According To The Requirements Of Art. 47, Para. 5 Of The Law On Public Procurement, The Vehicle Should Meet The Criteria For Clean Vehicles Specified In Ordinance No. H-21 On The Requirements For Clean Vehicles, Issued By The Minister Of Transport And Communications, With A Maximum Emission Of Exhaust Gases Expressed In Co2 G/Km And Emissions Of Pollutants Under Real Driving Conditions Below The Applicable Limit Values ​​Of Emissions Determined In The Appendix To Art. 3 Of The Aforementioned Regulation.
