The Fumo Intends To Enter Into An Agreement With One Contractor For The Supply (Including The Right Of Use), The Implementation, Management And Maintenance Of A Vth Case System. The Fumo Aims To Enter Into A Long-Term Partnership In This Regard. The Fumo Intends To Conclude An Agreement With One Contractor For A Guaranteed Period Of Five Years. The Agreement Will Come Into Effect No Later Than 01-07-2026 Before The Start Of The Implementation Of The Ict Solution. The Agreement Can Be Optionally Extended Unilaterally By Fumo Four Times For A Period Of Two Years. The Maximum Term Of The Agreement (Including Extensions) Can Therefore Increase To Thirteen Years.
