Wur Is Looking For A Reliable And Professional Moving Supplier Who Can Unburden Wurs Location Management And Employees With High-Quality And Efficient Relocations. Location Management Is The Department That Manages Facility Services At The Various Wur Locations. Unburdening Means That Location Management Does Not Have To Spend Much Time On The Relocations, Because They Can Rely On The Expertise Of The Supplier. The Supplier Thinks Proactively To Ensure That The Move Runs Efficiently. The Relationship Between The Client And The Contractor Must Be Based On Mutual Trust, Good Communication And Transparency Of Each Others Processes. In Addition, Flexibility Is Required To Be Able To Switch Quickly Prior To The Assignment, This Will Be Discussed Further Below. The Assignment Consists Of Carrying Out All Common Relocation Services (In Particular The Relocations As Described Below). The Services Can Be Requested Per Moving Order In Consultation With The Client And Are Therefore Part Of This Tender: - Moving From Source Location(S) To Target Location(S), This Can Take Place Both Within The Buildings (Internal) And Across Buildings (External), Both Within And Outside The Wageningen Campus And Throughout The Netherlands; -Making Moving Resources Sufficiently Available. The Type Of Moving Equipment Is Determined In Consultation With The Client; - Applying Protective Equipment, Reusable Where Possible, To Prevent Damage To The Clients Property; -If Necessary For Transport, (Dis)Assembly Of Furniture Or Other Items. The Assembly And Disassembly Of Furniture Is Always Carried Out By A Trained Moving Employee; -Moving Laboratory Inventory; -Moving Specialist Goods, Including Gases (Cylinders) And Chemicals; -Moving Computer Hardware That Includes; Disconnecting And Carefully Packing, Transporting, Unpacking And Connecting The Pcs And Accessories (Screen(S), Mouse, Keyboard) At The Target Location By A Trained It Handyman; -After Connecting The Computer Hardware, The Cables From Computers, Printers, Faxes And Telephones Must Be Neatly Concealed In The Cable Ducts And/Or Tied Away To The Frame By A Trained It Handyman. There Is Cable Management, Which Means That The Cables Are Made Available To The Contractor In The Correct Length; -Packing And/Or Unpacking Parts To Be Moved And Collecting Moving Materials Within The Agreed Period; -The Empty Delivery Of Source Locations, Whereby Residual Waste Or Small Waste Arising From The Move Is Removed To The Containers Of The Waste Processing Company Contracted By The Client; -Placing And Handling Special Aids Such As Moving Lifts, Etc.; - Carrying Out Project Management For Large Relocations (More Than 50 Workplaces); -Creating Layout Drawings And To-And-From Lists On Behalf Of The Client; -Conditioned Storage Of Items And The Transport Of These Items To And From The Wur Locations; -Digital Overview And Ordering System For Conditioned Storage, Based On The Various Contact Persons -Carrying Out Staff Relocations, Both Nationally And Internationally, On Behalf Of Wur. The Staff Relocation Is An Optional Service: Wur Has No Purchase Obligation In This Regard. The Clients, Such As Hrm Departments, Make Their Own Choice (From National And International Movers) To Whom The Assignment Is Given.
