The Assignment Consists Of 70 To 80 Homes, Of Which At Least 28 Are Social Rental Homes, Supplemented With Cheap And Affordable Rental And/Or Owner-Occupied Homes And Owner-Occupied Homes In The Private Sector. The Housing Program Focuses On A Mixed Target Group, With An Emphasis On Starters And Seniors. In Addition To The Residential Program, The Assignment Consists Of: A Child Center For Education And Childcare; A Social Meeting Space; A Commercial Healthcare Space; A Green Park Zone With Water Storage And Facilities For Sports, Games And Meetings; Parking, Including Partially Underground Or Semi-Underground Parking. The Land Price Of Plots A, B And C Is Determined On The Basis Of A Valuation Protocol, Which The Municipality Provides To The Selected Candidates At The Start Of The Award Phase. There Is A Minimum Price Of 760,000 Euros Excluding Vat/Ovr For Plot A (Approximately 600 M2), 1,427,000 Euros Excluding Vat/Ovr For Plot B (Approximately 900 M2) And 2,220,000 Euros Excluding Vat/Ovr For Plot C (Approximately 1,400 M2). For Plot D We Work With A Target Budget.
