Win.Dn Gmbh, A 100% Subsidiary Of The City Of Düren, Is Developing An Intermunicipal Commercial Area On Henry-Ford-Straße In Düren As An Economic Development Company On Behalf Of The City Of Düren And The Municipality Of Kreuzau. The Planned Area Covers Approximately 13 Hectares. At The Request Of The Lvr Office For Archaeological Monument Preservation In The Rhineland (Lvr-Abr), A So-Called Hard Prospection Was Carried Out On The Area (Pr 2025/1103), During Which Four Archaeological Monuments In Particular Were Identified. Before Further Ground-Encroaching Measures, A Pre-Construction Archaeological Excavation Is Necessary To Ensure The Scientific Examination, Documentation And Recovery Of The Archaeological Findings And Finds. The Subject Of The Contractual Obligation To Perform Is Therefore The Implementation Of A Complete Archaeological Excavation Including Scientific Processing And Project Support.
