A Summary Of The Work Includes The Following Approximate Quantities: Part A – Quail Place Reconstruction 225 M Of Watermain Installation, Including Two (2) Tie-Ins To The Existing System 160 M Of Sanitary Sewer Main Installation, Including Seventeen (17) Service Connections, Six (6) Manholes, One (1) Exterior Drop Structure, And Two (2) Tie-Ins To The Existing System 10 M Of Storm Sewer Installation, Including Three (3) Drywells And Five (5) Catch Basins 630M3of Subgrade Excavation 1,830 M² Of Asphalt Paving, Including Base Gravels 430 M Of Curb And Gutter 380 M² Of Driveway Restoration And 280 M² Of Boulevard Restoration Part B – Torrey Pines Storm Sewer Relocation 58 M Of Storm Sewer Installation, Including Three (3) Manholes Two (2) Tie-Ins To The Existing Storm System Three (3) Manhole Installations.
