The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1. Replacing The Roof Covering.2. Replacing The Eaves Cornice Covering.3. Replacement Of Gutters.4. Replacement Of The Lightning Protection Installation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Along With The Employers Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: 1) Technical Documentation - Annex No. 1 2) Contract Template - Annex No. 6 Place Of Order Implementation: Łukasiewicz Research Network - Institute Of New Chemical Syntheses, Al. The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee For The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 60 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Works Being The Subject Of The Order. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires That All Physical Work Directly Related To The Performance Of All Construction Works Covered By The Order Be Performed By Persons Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended), In Working Hours Adequate To The Assigned Tasks, Taking Into Account Minimum Remuneration For Work Determined On The Basis Of The Act Of October 10, 2002 On The Minimum Remuneration For Work (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1773) And Implementing Acts Issued To This Act, Including The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of September 12, 2024 On The Amount Of The Minimum Remuneration For Work And The Amount Of The Minimum Hourly Rate In 2025. (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1362) - Applies To The So-Called Manual Workers Performing Simple Construction And Insulation Works.
